Shipping Policy

RiskWise Supplies currently ships orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order details. From time to time, RiskWise Supplies may offer promotional shipping rates, such as flat-rate or free shipping, for a limited period. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the hygiene-sensitive and health-related nature of many items included in our kits, we maintain a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The kit is sealed and unopened

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Unsealed or used kits

  • Items that show signs of use, handling, or tampering

Certain products included in our kits are regulated or intended for personal use and cannot be resold once opened.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RiskWise Supplies is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Kit Expiration & Component Use

RiskWise Supplies kits contain a combination of components, some of which have manufacturer-assigned expiration or “best by” dates. Each kit is labeled with a kit-level expiration date, which corresponds to the earliest expiration date of any time-sensitive regulated component included in the kit.

The kit expiration date represents the period during which all time-sensitive components are expected to meet their labeled performance specifications when stored according to manufacturer instructions.

Use After Kit Expiration

After the kit expiration date:

  • Certain components within the kit may remain usable beyond that date if they have not reached their individual expiration dates and have been properly stored.

  • Other components may experience reduced effectiveness or may no longer perform as intended.

For this reason, RiskWise Supplies does not recommend relying on the kit as a complete system after the kit expiration date.

Customers should always:

  • Refer to individual component labels for specific expiration dates and instructions

  • Discontinue use of any component that is expired, damaged, or compromised

Returns Related to Expiration

Kits that expire while in the customer’s possession are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Expiration dates are considered part of the normal product lifecycle and do not constitute a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

If confirmed, RiskWise Supplies will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not offered. Eligible returns may be refunded, and a new order may be placed separately.
